MESSAGE  FOR  THE WEEK OF 8/23/2010

A HEALTH TIP

“A health tip for you.  Use deep breathing every day for five minutes. Inhale through your nose, hold the breath, count to three, exhale through your mouth, slowly, gently and deeply. Have ten minutes a day of pure silence. Use stretching or practice yoga, if you can, every day for twenty minutes time. These three things will boost your immune system and keep you healthy. Thank you. I love you.”
